January 26 was the big day for Brinnley. It was a Saturday, so it was nice because we had Dad with us all day long. We didn't really do much until later in the day. We wandered through the mall for a while and then went to dinner. When we were finished eating our waiter got the attention of the entire restaurant and had them sing happy birthday. While they were singing he had Brinn wave and blow kisses. At first she was a little shy, but then she started eating it up. She was waving and smiling. It was so fun. I think she felt really special.
When we got home it was time for presents. Dad hit the jackpot when he got Brinnley an addition to the farm Ainsley got for Christmas. THey fight over the farm, so we thought that would end if they each had their own. (We were wrong.) And she loved he dress up outfit from Grandpa! She said she was a little princess. She definately got the present thing down. Open it and then on to the next one.
Last came the cake. She picked her own special Princess cake. Her and Ainsley play with the princesses every day. She helped sing happy birthday to herself. It was so cute!
My little girl is growing up! She is so sweet and I cannot wait to see her growth through this next year. My little baby is growing up!
